I write songs built around lyrics, stories and characters. Some are personal, some are strange, and some start with a line, an image or an idea. 

I'm drawn to songs that leave room for a bit of humour, sadness, oddness or honesty, sometimes all at once.​

I have also written and collaborated across pop, alternative music, film and other creative projects.
